This is my cottage and I have worked hard over the past year to renovate it and make it nice and cozy. It is located in the middle of the historic city center of Zutphen, within walking distance of the station. The large windows offer beautiful views of the old bakery across the street and the whole street. The house features a new spacious open kitchen. I like to live here and share my house with love with people who want to enjoy a warm home atmosphere and Zutphen and the surrounding area.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
