My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the countryside. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

Tucked away on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park, our recently converted carthouse offers a cosy and peaceful escape for couples, solo travellers, or anyone exploring the South Downs Way or Downs Link Path. Ideally situated just off the A27, we're perfectly placed for visiting Brighton, Lewes, Arundel and the stunning South Coast. We are around halfway along the South Downs Way, making this an ideal rest stop for walkers and cyclists alike.

The holiday cottage is within the South Downs National Park in the grounds of Newtimber Place, a beautiful 17th Century moated house. It has extensive views of the South Downs and is in a rural location, yet is within easy reach of Brighton and Hove (8 miles). Children and Walkers and cyclists welcome. The cottage is inside a walled garden, now laid down to grass with fruit trees on the walls. Please note: To comply with UK law, guest details must be collected prior to check-in
