The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.

"Le Refuge des Hirondelles" Escape to this quiet countryside accommodation, located at the gates of the city of Château-Gontier sur Mayenne (3 km), in the town of LA ROCHE-NEUVILLE. This restored old barn is next to our home but totally independent. Mixing charm of the old and modern. The accommodation is in the heart of our farm, a tractor can be heard occasionally!
