2-room apartment with sea view from the bedroom and living room, 50 m from the beach, ideally located, in the city center of the seaside resort of Houlgate. You will appreciate the immediate proximity of shops, restaurants in the markets,the port of Dives with its fish market accessible on foot, casino, cinema as well as transport...bus (bus station is 400 M AWAY) . Lots of entertainment in summer. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator from an old hotel from the 1950s.

Beachfront residence, you have direct access to the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade. 10 minutes' walk is enough to access the casino and the Rue de la Mer where there are various restaurants.
