Distance to bus station is about 1,5 km and there is a regular (every 20 minutes) connection to the airport which is 4 kilometers away. The same bus goes to Split, Dalmatia's largest city.
It is located only 30 km far from Split, also UNESCO town (Dioklecian palace).
Regular, inexpensive network of ferries to Hvar, Brac, Korcula, Dubrovnik and many other destinations depart from Split.
Krka National Park is 45 min. drive away, see the spectacular lakes and waterfalls in Plitvice National Park which is two hours away , or visit beautiful islands of Kornati.
Other places of interest may be adventures rafting on Cetina River,
