Ample parking in front of the house for at least 4 cars, can also accommodate boat trailers. Washer and Dryer on first floor. FYI there are stairs to climb.

Lot was upgraded in 2021 (again in 2023, 2024) for parking of up to 2 RVs with new lime rock paving, one 30 and one 50-Amp plugins, plus 2 separate water and septic connections. Horseshoe Beach is a small, peaceful, fishing village with fishing guides, boat, kayak and golf cart rentals. Excellent scalloping a short boat ride away.
