The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The "Ferienhaus Grenzland" in Schweix has 110 square meters of living space and is located directly on the French border and in the immediate vicinity of the Palatinate Forest. The rooms are all bright and friendly. Even in the rain, a cozy stay on the covered terrace and in the entrance area with a large window front is possible. There is enough space for five guests in the dining and living area. Books and games are available. Bedrooms with 5 beds and bathroom are located on the first floor.

Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den weitläufigen Garten genießen und dabei die Rehe in der Ferne beobachten während man die Pläne für den Tag macht, ob mit dem Fahrrad, oder dem Auto die Umgebung bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, für Naturliebhaber bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Our apartment has a kitchen for self-catering, a nice bathroom and a spacious living room, as well as 2 balconies with views. The former Landgrave's hunting lodge served as a retreat amidst the courtly hunt. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.
