Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle and Romanesque church between the Wald- and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain can be divided. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal. Time out from everyday life

Everyone is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included. For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. Limited operation from February until the Easter holidays. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the buildings in the meadow that are worth preserving. There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

The historic building features a combination of light-colored stone and white façade, characteristic of medieval architecture. Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!
