Forest height! A house in the middle of the forest and in the middle of Skåne

Skogshöjda is a small house of 52 m2 but still has everything! The house is in the middle of Skåne and if you take the car on a day trip, you can reach all corners of Skåne in about 1-1.5 hours. Here you can enjoy watching movies, listening to music, playing games or you can be out in the garden or in the forest. Take the car and you have Åhus' nice sandy beaches 1 hour away. You can bike or walk down to the lake to swim and fish. In autumn, you will find plenty of mushrooms in Karlarp's nice forest. Welcome all year round. Marianne & Martin

Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Huset har öppen planlösning, 5 rum fördelat på 100 m2, braskamin, synliga bjälkar, lantkök och 2 sängar som är bäddade när ni kommer. Härlig skogstomt med växthus, vedbod och generösa uteplatser. Our stuga is located in the heart of the province of Skåne, southern Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad are within one hour reach. The stuga is located in a hilly and wooded area where many beautiful walks can be taken. There are trips such as to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golfing, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy in both summer and winter months.
