The whole top floor is divided in to both a large lounge, library and pool table area as well as a well equipped Gymnasium and Yoga / Dance room. The apartment would suit somebody looking for a medium term stay in a convenient, vibrant but quiet area, who would enjoy the workspace opportunity of the seldom used expansive top floor lounge, and the recreational facilities. This is a small nice apartment with a living room, a bedroom, a private rooftop, a small kitchen and a wet toilet. There is no real bathroom as we have a wet toilet: the shower is in the toilet space (see picture), as it can happen in the small surface apartments here in Hong Kong. This is the place where we live, so if you see it available it’s probably because we are traveling somewhere for the period but we will be available to answer your questions during your stay.
