If you want to feel the warmth of a house with personality, history and in which a lot of love has been put into its restoration, do not hesitate and come to enjoy it. The accommodation is complete indoors, terraces and gardens for guests, there are no common areas. I will be available 24 hours a day. Welcome to our spacious house by the sea. You'll love its spaciousness, brightness, interior garden, and beach views. Located in a quiet residential area in the central part of the island, it is ideal as a base of operations to get to know Lanzarote or simply to enjoy a few days of rest and relaxation. It has its own parking at the door and has three rooms that total six spaces. Definitely ideal for families or several couples.

Casa El Jardín de Tias is a small house next to our house, with a separate entrance. It has two rooms and a bathroom. There is also a covered terrace where you can eat overlooking the garden, and another hammock and relaxation area in the shade of a bougainvillea.
