This beautiful cabin is located in a fantastic location if you are looking for peace and quiet, it is beautifully located with a beautiful view. The cabin is sheltered from the farm and along the Signaldalselven river, where there is a hiking trail of 3 km that starts from the cabin. Northern lights right outside the cabin. short distance to the high mountains for skiing/ice climbing/peak tours/hiking/hunting and Northern Lights experiences. The area the cabin is located in is a well-known place for northern light tourists and you can take nice pictures of the northern lights with Otertinden in the background.

Storvatnet, Nordkjosbotn

Simple and peaceful accommodation with parking for 2 cars. Unique location at the foot of popular hiking destinations such as Perstinden, Rássevárri and Storvasstinden. The apartment is only 45 minutes drive from Tromsø, Lyngen and Bardufoss. There are 71 popular mountain hikes in Balsfjord municipality, ski tourists thrive here. Together with the neighboring municipalities, there are over 350 peaks to visit. It is 2.5 km to a pharmacy, two grocery stores, café/restaurant, street kitchen, hairdresser and gas stations as well as charging stations for electric cars.

The cabin is located in Signaldalen about 110 kilometers from Tromsø city. Located by the Signaldalen river, which is surrounded by high mountains and mighty nature. There is a short distance to the high mountains for skiing/peak tours/hiking/hunting and northern lights experiences. There is also a snowmobile trail in winter. The cabin has electricity, running water and a sauna. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster and kettle. The nearest store (Hatteng) as well as a barbecue bar is 6 km from the cabin.

Sock apartment at Oteren

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area with immediate proximity to hiking trails, snowmobile trails and the experience of Norwegian nature. 300 meters to restaurant, pub and snowmobile trails. 5 minutes drive to the nearest grocery store and fuel. Good hiking opportunities in summer and winter, both on skis and on foot. Have 4 sets of snowshoes and poles that can be rented! Free parking for two cars at the apartment. We have small children and a dog, so noise can occur as we live in the top floors of the detached house.

You can either walk straight from the cabin or drive a little up into the woods to get on ski slopes. There is also the possibility of seeing the Northern Lights. This is one of the best places in the world to experience the Aurora Borealis in the winter due to the lack of artificial light pollution. In the summer you will experience the bright summer days with midnight sun. The rental house stands on a nice courtyard with houses from the 18th and 19th centuries. It holds 3 bedrooms for 5 people, but we can make beds for 3 people extra. It costs NOK 100, - per person. Two bathrooms and a laundry room. The house is fully equipped. Washing machine in the laundry/ski storage room. There is a large living room with sofa, recliners, cable TV and WiFi. There are two wood stoves in the house which provide both good warmth and cozy atmosphere.

Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.
