Large ground floor flat (no stairs) with two bedrooms (2*2.10 m and 1.50*2m beds). Fully equipped, heated floors in all rooms except kitchen. Laundry room. Free parking. 3 min walk to Borgen subway station with 1 stop to Majorstua, 2 stops (5 min) to Nationaltheatret (city center). 10 min walk to Frognerparken.

Velutstyrt og innholdsrik leilighet av eldre årgang, men med god standard, adskilt fra resten av huset, ikke lytt. Sokkeletasje. Ventilasjon med v-veksler på soverom, eget kildevann. Seng 120 cm og sovesofa av høy kvalitet 140 cm pluss enkeltseng. Kjøkken med alt av hvitevarer. Gangavstand til kjente turiststeder og urskog. Husdyr velkommen!

Det er ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. 5 minutter (400 meter) gangavstand til Røa sentrum med butikker, badebasseng, T-bane og buss. Kjøkken, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Separat soverom og bad.

WiFi og TV med Netflix, HBOMax, Discovery+, ViaPlay og TV2Play Garasje + biloppstillingsplass foran garasjen Det er også to barnerom i leiligheten, som hovedsakelig ikke skal leies ut, men avtale med familier kan gjøres. Det bor til vanlig en hund i leiligheten.
