The apartment has a popular location with a short distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping and parks. Trams and bus just outside the door. Short distance to Karl Johan and Bogstadveien. NOTE: The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator and the key is picked up with EasyPick at different address (opening hours: 08-00, 09-23 on Sundays). About 5 minutes to walk from the apartment (nearest possibility for key delivery).

Private entrance and patio where you can enjoy morning sun and the view of Holmenkollen. The apartment is located on Røa, in a quiet residential neighborhood west of Oslo. There are several large grocery stores, shopping center, bus and subway only 5 minutes from the apartment. The metro will take you into the centre of Oslo with all the shopping, museums and sights in 10 minutes. The bus is also an option if you want to go to Nordmarka, the sea or to Oslo city centre. Only 9 minutes by bus to Oslo winter park alpine ski resort Skimore.

Large ground floor flat (no stairs) with two bedrooms (2*2.10 m and 1.50*2m beds). Fully equipped, heated floors in all rooms except kitchen. Laundry room. Free parking. 3 min walk to Borgen subway station with 1 stop to Majorstua, 2 stops (5 min) to Nationaltheatret (city center). 10 min walk to Frognerparken.

RELAX in my 54 sqm unique, top roof apartment. A CHILL and private vibe. No personal clutter, THIS SPACE IS only for YOU. Lots of flowers and day light (with outside blinders to darken). With elevator travelling is easy! 12 min walk from Oslo S (train station- airport. Possibly to rent safe indoor parking. Cozy apartment between Slemdal/Holmendammen. 11 minutes by public transport to Majorstuen, possibly walk there in 30 minutes. Short distance to field/tour areas. 25 min walk to Holmenkollen. WiFi og TV med Netflix, HBOMax, Discovery+, ViaPlay og TV2Play Garage + car parking space in front of the garage There are also two children's rooms in the apartment, which mainly should not be rented out, but agreement with families can be made. There is usually a dog living in the apartment.

About 30 minutes with car from Oslo or Gardermoen Airport, The apartment has 2 -3 bedrooms . Bedroom 1 has a nice comfortable dobbelbed. Bedroom 2 has also a nice and comfortable dobbel bed. In the dining room there is a nice comfortable single bed and a sofa. The place has Wifi and TV , a fully equipped kitchen! washing machine for clothes, a big garden with a big trampoline and play ground for kids. It is a big free parking place outside

In this place, you can live close to everything. The apartment is bright, modern and you can feel at home. We will adapt to you as a guest and make your stay the best it can be. There is a bakery on the ground floor of the building, which can be a good start to the day. Which has baked goods and breakfast. A perfect place to stay if you are in Oslo with the airport bus right outside the door and subway 350m away.
