Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included. Like a hotel, but better

Swimming dock and rowing boat straight down below the house, bike and hiking trails around the corner and in winter you can reach the ski slopes in 10 minutes over the ice or 3 minutes by car. Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

In the yard, you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play ping pong. Jump on the trampoline. Less than 10 minutes down to fantastic swimming area, fun for children. In the yard, there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you feel like it. We have created a home in this old lodge that was previously filled with grain and agricultural tools. The old barn is at an angle. Here you will experience a wonderful mix of new and old.
