The property is located a little off the beaten path at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Bikers and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. There are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas all over the property. Free parking at the house.

In addition to a kettle, coffee maker & fridge, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Located not far from the city of Bamberg, on the edge of Franconian Switzerland.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Apartment is located directly in the tri-border corner of Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg. 20 minutes by car to Bayreuth, very good highway connection. Fitters are welcome here! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, box spring mattresses in king-size bed, south-facing balcony and smart TV.
