The flat is located in the subterranean of a large house in a very quiet area of the Zillertal. It is less than five minutes by car to one of the biggest skiing areas - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. The flat has a bedroom (brand new beds and mattresses), bathroom, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals. You have your own entrance and a carport parking space. As the flat is close to the wood, you can go for lovely walks in the forest nearby.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, electric stove including oven, coffee maker, kettle and dishes, a cozy sitting area, in the kitchen and one bedroom there is a TV with satellite reception, free Wi-Fi reception and two balconies. Die Unterkunft ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen seperaten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe oberhalb von Ramsau und gehört zu Hainzenberg. Am Fuße der Anhöhe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen. Zu Fuss sind das ca. 300 Meter. Im Winter fährt von hier aus auch der Skibus zur Horbergbahn und zur Zillertal Arena.
