The house is absolutely fantastic central, just opposite Brøndum's hotel, close to the city and 300 meters to the lovely and child-friendly beach, Sønderstrand. The house is newly renovated and tastefully furnished with kitchen, living room with dining area, sofa, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There are 8 sleeping places in the house. In addition, there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is access to a cozy courtyard with outdoor furniture and barbecue as well as lovely sunshine. We buy electricity, which is based on sun and wind energy: -)

The price is inclusive of consumption and cleaning. This beautiful house is perfect for groups of up to 9 people. The house is brand new and very spacious. It has 4 rooms with double beds as well as 2 bathrooms. In addition, there is an approx. 150 m2 terrace with 16 m2 of roofing. In total, the house is 165 m2 large. Location in scenic surroundings between Skagen city center and Gl. Skagen. About 500 meters from the sea Lovely "patio" that shields from wind and view. The house is built in 2024, so everything is new and delicious

The apartment is 14 sqm and is a large room where there is a 2 pers. bed and a sofa bed that can be knocked out. There is an outdoor kitchen with water and barbecue ( THERE IS ONLY WATER OUTSIDE). The apartment features a small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. Bathroom and toilet are located next to the apartment. YOU HAVE TO GO OUT TO GET INTO THE BATHROOM. It is 1.6 km to the city centre and 1.9 km to the beach. Linen package with towels can be purchased for 80kr per package.

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

Cozy annex in our beautiful backyard. The annex is furnished with two spacious rooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, which also function as a sofa. Common room with dining area and small kitchen, also bathroom with shower. Private west-facing terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and cushions. In addition, a small coffee table on the other side of the house, where breakfast can be enjoyed in the morning sun. Five minute walk to Vippefyret and Sønderstrand, Skagen Museum and Brøndums Hotel.
