From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

Here you can relax with plenty of peace, even after cycling on the 5-river bike path. Our small lovingly furnished apartment in the old house renovated by us leaves nothing to be desired. You can park on the neighboring street right in front of the house. 28 square meters of well-being just for you !

Beautiful, quiet apartment in the attic of a three-family house. The building is in a cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic. The garden part is available for the tenants of the apartment. Washing machine, dryer and additional storage room in the basement. Loderbach is a quiet place with very good transportation: - 3 minutes to the Neumarkt motorway entrance (A3) - 5 minutes to Neumarkt - 30 minutes to Nuremberg - 35 mins to Regensburg

All shops and plenty of good pubs and restaurants can be found in the immediate area. You will not be able to cook large menus here, but otherwise you will not miss anything. The greatest wish is that you feel comfortable here for a long time and enjoy the time in Amberg.
