Charming 50s Style Cottage with a modern touch. Located on a quiet street in Old Hobe Sound. Steps to the Indian River and close to the beach ( 1.2 Mi.) New King Size bedding. Tropical "Zen" Garden in back. The heated pool is in a very private setting next to the cottage. Newly remodeled Bathroom, New Flooring throughout, and a new Mini-Split, Air Conditioner. The entire cottage is freshly painted. The cottage is half a block from the train tracks. This is part of the old Florida charm.

The stocked kitchenette has a complimentary snack bar, coffee, dishes, microwave,toaster, small fridge Please be aware our county has a brand new high speed train that passes through it from Miami to Orlando. When it is quiet at night, you will hear the train horn. This is out of my control. This train goes through the center of the entire city of Stuart.

This comfortable one bedroom has everything you need for two people. If you like to cook at the home the kitchen is fantastic and well stocked with everything you need. The counter is situated with two barstools and dimmed lighting. Out the backdoor is a private patio and grill to use. Property is a duplex in a safe quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to downtown. The house is professionally maintained with a cleaning crew and handyman. 1 small pet allowed with approval.
