Welcome to the Lower Rhine! Welcome to Nettetal! Located in the Hinsbeck district, you feel at home with us in a family atmosphere in a quiet residential area. Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Beautiful detached half-timbered cottage with all the comforts. There is free parking in front of the door. Located in a beautiful garden near nature reserves, including the Grote Heide, the Seeen am Niederrhein and Jammerdal, near the (cycling) Pieterpad. 5 minutes from the cozy center of Venlo with its Maasboulevard and nice eateries and shops. Approx. 3.5km from Venlo and Kaldenkirchen station, near various highways A61, A40, A74, A73 and A67, 40 km from bustling Düsseldorf (Messe). 25 minutes from Outlet Roermond, Meinweg.

Dusseldorf -40 min. center Eindhoven The apartment has a private entrance. On the ground floor there are the fully bathroom, the toilet and the kitchen. On the upper floor is a large living room and bedroom with sofa bed, 2 chairs, table, wardrobe, Smart-TV w. WIFI and roof terrace. No pets and nonsmokers are welcome.

Jupp Hinsbeck Vacation Rental

Hinsbeck is located in the heart of the Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. Only a few minutes from the apartment, numerous cycling and hiking trails open up, which lead the lakes and forests around Hinsbeck. Daily shopping facilities on site. From Friday to Sunday, our Cafe Weuthens Sonneck, in the summer also with a beer garden, is open. Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. The apartment is on the 1st floor, has its own access including stairwell.

Stylish apartment on the Lower Rhine 3

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. A terrace for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp carefree. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

There is also a small cooking area (no kitchen) with microwave, fridge, coffee maker and double stove top. We share the hallway, the HW room and the staircase. My study is on the same floor. I offer a newly built double room (08.2020) with a small kitchen in the souterrain of our residential building. It is accessible via its own outside staircase. An adjoining veranda can be used for a sheltered outdoor stay. An opposite farm with its farm shop exudes rural flair. they have a beautiful view of the windmill.
