The house is situated in a quiet location at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. From here you can reach the cities of Forchheim, Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg by car, bus or S-Bahn. There are plenty of attractions nearby. From the via ferrata, outdoor pools, castles, ruins to kayaking, museums and much more. The place itself offers with its unique church with defensive wall, the 1000 year old linden tree, lively club life, supermarket, 24/7 vending machine, restaurants,... also a lot.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Beautiful loft apartment in a former factory building. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette and a washing machine. The covered terrace invites you to sit together comfortably. A small children's playground is also available for shared use.
