Beautiful house in Effeltrich

The house is situated in a quiet location at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. From here you can reach the cities of Forchheim, Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg by car, bus or S-Bahn. There are plenty of attractions nearby. From the via ferrata, outdoor pools, castles, ruins to kayaking, museums and much more. The place itself offers with its unique church with defensive wall, the 1000 year old linden tree, lively club life, supermarket, 24/7 vending machine, restaurants,... also a lot.

With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. The apartment is located in a family house. Three minutes to the bus stop, 10 min. to downtown Erlangen. Shopping within walking distance. It consists of a large cozy bedroom/living room, a separate kitchen with dining room and a bathroom with shower. Refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as basic equipment (plates, cutlery, spices, etc.) are provided. The landlord lives directly in the house and is always available.

A wooden storage chest rests on the inviting terrace, accompanied by attractive planters filled with greenery. Woven chairs with soft cushions create a comfortable seating area alongside a round outdoor sofa, providing a peaceful space overlooking the lush garden.
