You will live in a part of the house with your own entrance, small living room, kitchen and bathroom for your own use. So you have a lot of privacy. The bedroom is on the 1st floor, where there are also a few rooms and the owner's office. You don't have a completely enclosed apartment. No smoking. There are cats in the house. It has a parking spot. All in a quiet garden district with lots of birds. In summer use of garden seating. Sleeps 2, only a short time 3 persons.

Our lovingly developed construction trailer is in an idyllic location on our farm near the horses. It's greening and blooming all around this small, cozy space, and at the same time you're right in the hustle and bustle of a farm. You will find peace and nature, but you will be in Winterthur in 15 minutes. There are 2 shared toilets, but no shower. The construction trailer is equipped with a cozy 1.40 x 2 m bed and seating, as well as heating and drinks.

So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

This apartment is located within walking distance of Winterthur's Old Town and the train station and within walking distance of bus stops The fully equipped apartment has a spacious wet room, a modern kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, oven and microwave as well as various other amenities such as a LAN and WLAN access and a 42 inch TV. Light-flooded rooms and comfortable ventilation ensure an optimal living environment.

We are a family who runs the farm ourselves and look forward to welcoming guests in our specially furnished guest room. A dog and cats as well as a few chickens currently live on our farm. We are also constantly thinking about acquiring more animals. There are numerous dirt roads for hikes. The Thur and the Rhine are within reach and beautiful bike tours can be made. We are happy to help with planning activities.
