This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ. The apartment is located in a small village situated 2 minutes from the woodland walking routes and 5 minutes from the local traditional German pub. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

Our over 175-year-old former The farmhouse is located in the central location of Queidersbach, right opposite the park-like village square. You will be staying in a one-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Everyday necessities (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, etc.) can be found within a few minutes' walk around our house. Fresh eggs are available at the farm next door and a small fruit & vegetable market takes place diagonally opposite in the old dairy house every Saturday.

This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. From the outside with old beautiful sandstone, from the inside modern. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with a family bed (3 m) where we sleep 4 :) The couch can be pulled out. The holiday home is an ideal place for holidays and gatherings with friends and relatives. On the 2400 sqm meadow area with barbecue area and pool, children and four-legged friends can be great to their heart's content. If the weather is not so good, you can also sit as a large group protected under the covered terrace. The optional hot tub is located outdoors under a canopy, overlooking nature. The bookable sauna is housed in the sandstone vault and can accommodate 8 people.

It is close to LMRC (5 mins driving), Miesau Army Depot is only 8 minutes driving or 20 minutes biking and also RAB (10-15 mins, depends on the traffic time. To Kaiserslautern only takes 20 mins by train as well by driving. To Landstuhl only takes 5 mins. Burg Nanstein (castle) in Landstuhl is always nice to be seen.
