Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The residence is well insulated, has plenty of light, is stylishly decorated, and you have access to a large garden of about 800 square meters with shade and sun. Beautiful cycling environment and nice places to visit; 10 minutes away: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. Arnhem is 20 minutes away. Bikes can be charged in our shed.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Welcome to holiday home Berghzicht, we are located in the heart of the characteristic stream (Montferland). With plenty of sights you will not be bored. In the nearby forest there are several walking routes and mountain bike trails. There are several restaurants nearby and the supermarket is 100m away. The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.

Welcome to Izzy's spacious studio. The stove crackles warmly and the record player plays quiet music. You can relax in the sitting area and unwind. For the evening meal, you can use your own kitchen and dine at the communal table. At nightfall, the canopy bed is ready for you. Close the curtains and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. The next day, first turn on the wood stove, and the area invites you to a beautiful exploration!
