Authentic home in beautiful village in Groningen!

Since April 2022, we have been offering this characteristic property in Warffum. Take a break and enjoy the still undiscovered vast Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the medieval church on the largest wierde in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area , the infinite polders and the bird(spot)rich cellars of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and islands Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worthwhile!

Holiday flat Winsum is a spacious and comfortable accommodation. In the bedroom there are two comfortable hotel box-spring beds, In the living area a bedside cabinet from which another comfortable double bed can be folded. Renovated in 2023, the bathroom has a bathtub, a walk-in docuhe and a double sink. The toilet is separate and outside the bathroom. Upon entering, you first see the completely renovated kitchen. Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Historic house - sleeps 6 persons, 3 sleeping rooms, situated in a peaceful and car free street. Silent back garden, directly at the waterfront. Ideal place to rest and explore the environment. House consists of: living room, 1 sleeping room on the ground floor (2 beds) - 2 sleeping rooms on the first floor, new kitchen - dishwasher, dryer, washing machine , bathroom (bath - shower). Touristtax is E1,50 per night per adult in addition to the Airbnb booking. Pets only after agreement.

Our cottage is close to the Lauwersmeer beach and is beautifully located in nature. The space, the peace, the light and its location in the Lauwersmeer National Park will definitely appeal to you. Lutje Wad is suitable for people who want to enjoy the tranquility and nature and families. There are also 2 bicycles, a barbecue and a fire pit. Around the cottage is a spacious garden with 2 terraces. A large playground for children is accessible to everyone at the campsite on the lake.

De 2e verdieping is een open vliering en biedt 8 slaapplekken, waarvan 1 deels afgesloten slaapkamer. In het bruisende Pieterburen kunt u diverse restaurants bezoeken, wadlopen of aan het Pieterpad beginnen. (Voor de houtgestookte hottub graag vooraf aanmelden. Er geldt een toeslag per dag, bij gebruik, beperkte openingstijden en u dient zelf deze 2 uur van te voren op te stoken).

Cozy furnished house equipped with a new kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Balcony with lounge set and water view with historic center. Wood stove with wood for the colder days. The house has 5 box spring beds with down duvets and pillows and a wooden crib for a child of 0-2. Box and trip stairs available.

The Steenuil is romantic/English decorated with gold and red. Has a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with double washbasins, toilet and shower. This apartment is also suitable for a wheelchair or if you have difficulty walking. It turns on English and has a beautiful view. And, if you come with children.......... there are secret extra sleeping places, find the key with the treasure map, solve the riddle and.......... you know where you sleep!
