Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Welcome to our duplex, located in the heart of downtown Nantes on the ground floor of a beautiful old building opposite Jules Vernes High School. In a pedestrian street, quiet (except during school hours), a short walk to Place Aristide Briand, it is a perfect base to explore the city. You can enjoy the proximity of a wide range of cultural sites, shops, excellent restaurants and food shops according to your desires and budget.

Welcome to L'Escapade du Crézou, a former outbuilding with authentic charm, formerly a bread oven, completely restored to offer you a real bucolic break in the heart of the countryside. We welcome you to this cozy cottage, ideal for a family or small group of friends up to 4 people (and an extra child, baby equipment possible on request), in search of the outdoors and conviviality.

La Chapelle-sur-Erdre: Studio Number 2

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

Small accommodation independent of the main house, in a 6000 m2 property, in the countryside, 1 km from the village, 18 km from Nantes, 50 km from St Nazaire. Accommodation including a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a living room, a bedroom, small mezzanine that can be used as a bed.
