We have furnished this little house with loving care as we stay here often. There's a comfy king size bed in the large bedroom upstairs, and downstairs is the living room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen and a luxury bathroom. The view is breathtaking whether sitting on the steps with a glass of wine, eating at the table or in bed watching the lights of Hebden. There are a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops only five minutes walk away and beautiful river and hillside walks nearby.

You're a few paces from lovely Pennine walks, or a short stroll down to the many bars and restaurants.

We are approximately 15 /20 mins walk to Hebden Bridge to the local co-op supermarket or there is a Lidl & Morrisons in the opposite direct towards Todmorden about 10 mins drive away.

Superb detached barn in village centre

Converted from a lovely old barn, you will feel right at home in this bright and welcoming place. A rarity in this cobbled street village - there is plenty of parking right next to the barn. Outside there is an enclosed garden plus seating area with log burning firepit. It’s a peaceful private spot in the centre of this small historic village which boasts two pubs, a deli and a village shop. We can accommodate one small house trained dog, so you can enjoy some fabulous local dog walks.

Swanfold

No. 2 Swanfold is a Grade II listed stone cottage full of charm and character, with many original period features, set in a delightful cobbled courtyard in the historic conservation village of Heptonstall, near Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. The cottage is thought to date back to the 17th century and is believed to have been part of a Public House and Inn called The Swan, the only house in the fold to have a cellar presumably for the storage of beer.

The Nook is a ground floor self contained one bedroom apartment with luxury sauna and gym. It is light modern and full of character in the footprint of the original farmhouse. There is private parking and a private patio from where you can enjoy the spectacular panoramic views. The Little House is uniquely located on a quiet, non-through road at the heart of Hebden Bridge. Leave your car behind and walk everywhere around this picturesque town, full of independent cafes and restaurants, artisan shops, galleries, pubs, live music and even an independent cinema and local theatre. (on street parking IS available, but we say the best way to see Hebden Bridge is by foot).
