Lovingly, cozily & fully air-conditioned furnished apartment on the ground floor in a rural location. (Nevertheless, the highway is close. It is 5 minutes by car to the A38.) The city center of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in 5 minutes by car (or 30 minutes on foot via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it is about 800 m away. To escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries, our surroundings are wonderful :)

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

In a perfect location for day trips to the Documentary City of Kassel, the Harz National Park or the Meißner Nature Park - located in the border triangle of Lower Saxony, Hesse and Thuringia.

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the Leineweber in the 18th century, along a stream that winds through the tranquil Niederorschel in Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic vacation home with two separate living studios. Unfortunately, we cannot offer accommodation to beloved four-legged friends, however small, cute and peaceful they may be. We ask for your understanding and to refrain from inquiries in this regard. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. From the property, it is only a 5-minute walk to the best beer gardens and restaurants in the city. Our most popular hiking trails and mountain bike trails are just a 15-minute walk away. Shopping is within walking distance in 200 meters.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

Charming half-timbered apartment

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a 140 cm wide sofa bed for 1-2 people. If necessary, a children's travel bed can be provided. The clay-plastered walls create a wonderful living environment. With a lot of love for detail, we want you to feel good here!It's all freshly renovated and waiting to make you happy.
