Cozy cabin surrounded by stunning nature

A perfect place for anyone who loves exploring the Norwegian nature, or simply wants to look at it while lounging on the couch. The river that runs right beside the cabin is perfect for canoeing. And you can regularly see birds, moose, and other wildlife by the river. There are also good hiking areas, ski tracks, and snowmobile trails. The cabin is located in Herringen, 18km outside the city centre. We have all basic facilities, WiFi, TV, toilet, heated floors, dishwasher, & washing machine.

Stedet ligger ca 1 km fra fergekai på Ågskardet, like ved sjøen. Utsikt fra huset, til fjord og fjell i området. Gode mulighet til fjellturer, både enkle og mer krevende. Passer best for 2, el liten fam. Huset er fra 1800-tallet, men renovert og nytt bad m dusj i 2017. Tidligere stabbur, men bolig siden 1946, og har beholdt noe av det opprinnelige preget. Utstyrt for enkel matlaging, med hybelkomfyr. Kjøl og frys. Elbillading bare etter avtale på forhånd. Et soverom, bratt trapp opp.

Welcome to our newly built, modern cabin in solid wood! The cabin of about 50 sqm is south facing with long sunrise and is the ideal place for both relaxation and exciting outdoor activities. With its perfect location at Røssvatn, the cabin offers both tranquility and adventure, all year round. Great nature and nice hiking areas, both winter and summer. Hunting and fishing opportunities. Large parking right outside the cabin with plenty of space for cars and trailers.

Single room with own entrance

We live on the countryside. Its 6 km to supermarket, bistro, train and bus. Its 45 min by car to Bodø city, and almost 20 min to Fauske city. If you like nature, we have a nice view, and a lot of places to enjoy! In the summer vi have daylight 24/7. In winter its darker, and if the weather is good, we have northern light. Right between Hemavan and Mo i Rana there is this paradise. Wake up to magical views every day. Here it is nature and the mountain environment that is in focus. In the area there are nice hiking trails/fishing. It is a 40 minute drive to Hemavan with its skiing and many other activities or to Mo i Rana if you want to visit a city with full range. Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette vakre stedet rett ved elvekanten. Her kan man blandt annet fiske i sesongen. Huset har bad, 3 soverom, pluss senger på hemsen. Koselig kjøkken og stue i ett, med utsikt ut mot elven og fjellene. Båten kan leies (etter forespørsel) for fisking og vannleker. Vi har fiskestenger, redningsvest, SUP, wakeboard mm. for de som vil være litt aktive i, og nær ved vannet. Flere turmål i området.
