If you've always wanted to know how people used to live in the Zillertal, then you can get an idea of it here: Much is original. We have only added a little comfort, so that you can, for example, take a warm shower without having to heat up beforehand... ;-) In our garden you can spend wonderful summer days, go shopping or eat right in the village and the ski resorts are also very close...

Our apartments in the Alpen Quartier in Uderns combine modern comfort with alpine charm. Thanks to the central location, you can reach the mountain railways, the golf courses or the most beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the Zillertal in just a few minutes. Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are also within walking distance. After an active day in the mountains, you will find everything in our apartments to relax and feel at home.

The small but cozy basement apartment is in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet location and a few minutes' drive from ski areas such as Spieljochbahn, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal. These are easily accessible by public transport. Our location is the starting point for beautiful hikes. WiFi is free of charge. The apartment has satellite TV, an open living and sleeping area and a sunny terrace with a side mountain view. The kitchen is fully equipped!

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

An entrance porch features a wooden bench adorned with decorative pillows. Two windows on either side of the door showcase simple decorations. A rustic planter holds greenery, and a small Christmas-themed accent is displayed nearby. The stone flooring enhances the welcoming aspect of the entryway.

In summer we are the ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can reach the first tee of the Uderns golf course on foot. If you prefer water sports, the Achensee offers a varied program!
