Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A dining area is seen with a simple white table and dark wooden chairs. A wooden cabinet is positioned nearby, displaying decorative items. On the wall, a vintage clock and a framed floral painting add character to the space. A glimpse of a red accent wall is visible beyond.

Supermarket, restaurants, night life, swimming hall and centrum all within walking distance. Just next to a hotel, where you have a possibility for a nice hotel breakfast and heated car hall.
