Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Vieressä myös hotelli, jossa mahdollisuus aamiaiseen ja autohalliin lisämaksusta. Clean one-bedroom apartment (46m2) in a great location in Varkaus. Supermarket, restaurants, night life, swimming hall and centrum all within walking distance. Just next to a hotel, where you have a possibility for a nice hotel breakfast and heated car hall.

Parkkipaikka sisäpihalla, lisäksi kadulla 8h kiekkopaikkoja (klo 8-18). HUOM: Omatoimikohde, eli huolehdit itse lakanoista ja siivouksesta. Jätäthän asunnon yhtä siistiksi kuin se oli saapuessa. Tuo omat lakanat tai voit lainata kaapista. Lainattujen lakanoiden pesu ja kuivumaan laitto ennen lähtöä 🙂✨

Huoneistossa voit nauttia saunomisesta ja tilavasta parvekkeesta. Kohteessa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Keskustaan pääset Ylisoutajan sillan kautta nopeasti vaikkapa vuokraan sisältyvillä pyörillä. Huoneistossa on ilmalämpöpumppu, joten yöt sujuvat kesälläkin viileässä. Juhlinta on kielletty.
