The renovated 2 ½ room attic apartment is located opposite the Heidsee. In winter, the cross-country ski run is right in front of the house and the nearest ski lift is only a 5-minute walk away. This beautiful and large (90 m2) condominium in the Heid gives you the feeling of having arrived in the mountains and during your holidays. The modern accommodation, the large outdoor area with 2 balconies and the central location (500m from the center and yet very quiet) offers everything you need for a beautiful hiking, biking, or winter vacation. The apartment is perfect for guests who long for luxury, activity and recreation in the mountains for a few days/weeks.

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

You can't expect luxury, but a unique experience in an old shepherd's house in one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland at almost 1600 meters above sea level.
