Dit mooie, compleet ingerichte huis in boerderijstijl, ligt aan de Kagerplassen in de buurt van Amsterdam en Leiden. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met een toilet en nog een apart toilet. Een lief herenhuis met een heerlijk ruime tuin op 3 minuten afstand van het treinstation, 10 minuten van Amsterdam en de Zaanse Schans. Je waant je soms op het platteland want ondanks dat je midden in het centrum van Zaandam zit, maken de vogels je 's ochtends wakker en door de niet doorgaande straat is het heerlijk rustig. Op een paar minuten afstand zit je op de Dam van Zaandam en met de Zaanse Schans en Amsterdam om de hoek, kun je alle kanten uit.
