For those who want to enjoy proximity to swimming, fishing and boating, the lake Mälaren is only 600 meters from the property. Dispose of rowboat and life jackets in agreement with hosts during summer season. Some bikes are available in various sizes. From the farm, depending on the season you can buy fresh eggs, honey, fruits and vegetables. Examples of excursions by bike are Mälsåkers Castle (about 4 km) or Åsa burial field (about 1 km). The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Welcome to Tegelbacken - a bright and beautiful guesthouse with high ceilings, surrounded by peace and quiet in Sundsvik. With an area of 75 square meters, our cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. Just as the address reveals it is close to swimming but also nice restaurants and stores. Here in the kitchen, Leila bakes have been recorded once in a while, so if you like to cook, the kitchen is well equipped! There's a patio to eat, grab a cup of coffee, or sunbathe at. Two separate 120 beds and a sofa bed, shower, toilet, etc. Welcome, welcome.

Stay in a nice old log cabin, originally from the 1600s, which is carefully and tastefully decorated for relaxation and coziness all year round. With a nice reading and writing corner, a dinner nap-friendly kitchen sofa, well-stocked pantry for breakfast and coffee, and a nice fireplace for warmth and company. The bed is made, just crawl in and sleep well.
