The property is located in a quiet location directly on the Kieferbach and is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Hechtsee, a large swimming lake. It is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and much more. The 3-room apartment has a large west balcony with mountain views that invites you to relax. An underground parking space and bicycle parking are also provided.

The apartment "Bachblick" is absolutely quiet right on the Kieferbach between Kaiser Mountains and the Gießenbach Valley. The apartment is very comfortably furnished in the Alpine style and is reached via an external staircase. The property is directly adjacent to the fantastic Kieferbach. The swimming area is only 50 meters from the house. The apartment has a large south-facing balcony overlooking the Kieferbach and the large Traithen.

Our newly built house was built exclusively from wood from our own forest. The entire building was built by local craftsmen. The wood, from our own forestry, was sawn directly on the farm and stored to dry. The furniture was also made from our own wood by regional carpenters, and the interior fittings also come from regional manufacturers. Our goal is to give the expression "sustainability" a picture.
