Quiet top floor flat close to Metro Station

Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! Decent coffee machine and a couple of good cafetières. If you like a morning brew you should find that you’re spoilt for choice! ☕️ Nancy Spain used to live here!

Beautiful apartment on outskirts of city centre

My place is a lovely apartment close to The Ousburn, Newcastle and Northumbria universities, Our famous Quayside and a seven minute walk into Newcastle City Centre, where there is an abundance of bars, clubs parks, art and culture. Amazing restaurants and fine dining. It is also just a short drive to our blue flag rated beautiful beaches.. My place sleeps up to 4 people. With a large double bed and large comfy sofa bed. My place is suitable for solo adventurers, families & business travellers.

36 Wardle Drive is a quiet residential area, guests will have what is essentially a self contained mini apartment with private bedroom with en suite,a spacious sitting room with table and chairs,use of microwave,fridge and kettle. private entrance with own key and secure parking . We are well situated for beautiful Northumberland coastal areas, and the border country. Not too far from historical Durham City and only 20mins fromNewcastles shops and restaurants. Newcastle Airport is 20mins away.

On quiet street and close to amenities; Sainsburys, cafes, pub, metro, bus routes into town. Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.

A modern, well equipped, sumptuous and comfortable one bedroom apartment in the creative end of town. Maintained to a very high standard. Great location with views onto the river. An easy, 15 to 20 minute scenic walk into the city centre. The apartment has decent wifi and the dining table provides a nice calm working environment. There is a lift in the building.
