Dog friendly Little Appleby is located in Egerton, rural Kent, the Garden of England. We are well placed for the tunnel with Folkestone, Le Shuttle 20 miles away. Egerton adjacent to Pluckley boasts many lovely country walks with huge Dering woods walkable from the listing and the villages of Goudhurst and Sissinghurst within 20 minutes. By car, Rye, Canterbury & Whitstable are within 40 minutes Ashford Designer outlet is 25 minutes away. The dog friendly restaurant and pub is a 5 minute walk.

Located in a conservation area The Tiny Chimney house is a converted brick building attached to a quirky 40ft Victorian Chimney. The room sleeps two and is ideal for hikers or a couple's rural escape, but still within an hour of London.

Located close to National Trust sites and country walks. The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

Pancake Lodge - with hot tub and four poster

Pancake Lodge is a perfect sanctuary with four poster bed and hot tub. This quirky cabin sits amongst a working apple farm with beautiful views across the glorious Greensand Ridge. Guests can relax in the fabulous surroundings and indulge in scenic walks using the many public footpaths that cross the farm. There are also many local walks too. The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.

Little Batchelors - Idyllic escape

Set in the grounds of a stunning 400 year old Tudor Hall and gardens, this beautiful new property is 1.5 miles away from the gorgeous Sissinghurst Castle Garden and within easy reach of Biddenden, with its renowned vineyard and Michelin starred restaurant. A perfect setting for couples, small families or friends. It has a very large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with doors onto a decked terrace and two en-suite double bedrooms, with ample room for parking.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Ideal base for vineyards, golf and Headcorn aerodrome plus visit Kent's castles, historic towns and coastline. Detached, self contained annex opposite the owners home with ample parking. 1 mile to Headcorn railway station (1 hour London) and 40 minute drive to the Channel Tunnel. Ideal for a family of four or two couples. Bedroom 1: Superking (can be two singles), upstairs bedroom two singles. Mezzanine area with sofa bed.
