The Campus Cottage on Walnut Alley is a very charming home. It’s a perfect blend of its original style with modern amenities. It’s been wonderfully and meticulously updated. Just a few block walk to U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight arena, & Autzen Stadium, this quaint 2 bed, 1 bath home has a beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook, or just warm up food. Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Non-smoking cottage two blocks to the University of Oregon and Hayward Field; our location is perfect for visiting your student, attending a Ducks game, or business travel. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

Enjoy Beautiful open space with lots of windows and access to your own private deck. Heated floors for the Eugene cold. A couple blocks from Hayward field and University campus in the Historical district of Eugene. This is an entire place with full bathroom and separate entrance. It adjoins our other Airbnb. Please note that there is no kitchenette, just a mini fridge, kettle and coffee :) - minimal, clean, efficient design - Location unbeatable
