Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

There are miles of footpaths in these uncrowded hills, the only sounds are birds and sheep. Two pubs are in walking distance: The historic Llanthony Priory Cellar bar which serves delicious home made food from Tuesday evening until Sunday. and the welcoming Half Moon Hotel - good beer and great for walkers and dog owners.
