If you choose to make reservations and find the noise not to be acceptable, please contact me before your departure and a full refund will be issued for any unoccupied nights. Also, there will be a time when the unit will be unavailable for entry and exit during certain hours, but there will usually be a two month warning for that.

Kitchen and bath has been newly renovated with marble countertops, 2-burner cooktop, and farm house sink. This cottage is part of a 4-plex building, on the 2nd floor with great ocean views.. Sandy beach, a BBQ area, pool, fitness room, and lounge chairs are just steps away. Rates reduced due to construction noise on weekdays.
