Set in 3 acres of grounds, this stunning property is in a peaceful location yet just a few minutes' walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat. French doors from the spacious open-plan living area lead to a private garden with dining pavilion & bbq overlooking the beautiful 10x5m in-ground pool (May-Sep). Upstairs both bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms. The pretty gardens are home to numerous fruit and nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens & cats

Barn Long House with private pool

A renovated long house walking distance to the village of Chabanais with locals bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and scenic river. Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

Modern, light, spacious, fully equipped first floor 1 bedroom master suite overlooking the French countryside. Sleeping up to 2 people plus 1 baby. Located between Le Dorat & Bellac, with all local amenities. Only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. The property is set in its own grounds, with no immediate neighbours, with a large in ground swimming pool. We also have a 2 bedroom Gite, sleeping 4 downstairs for larger groups looking for space of their own whilst holidaying together.

Light open plan downstairs with french doors to your courtyard. Each bedroom has separate private, full bathroom. Quiet hamlet setting only 8 mins to the town of Chalus and the shrine of 'Richard the Lionheart'. We have a pool, games room, playing field, and lovely woodland to walk through.

Fully renovated barn with an area of 130 m² with enclosed garden. The cottage is located in the charming village of La Vauzelle in the municipality of Compreignac, between the forests and meadows of Limousin. Beautiful place if you are looking for a green and sporty stay with family! Its stone walls guarantee freshness in the middle of summer. If you come in September, you will surely have the opportunity to hear the deer's bellow. No pets Non-smoking cottage

The cottage is located 1.3 km from the village of Saint Christophe. It is surrounded by a pond and creeks as it sits in an old water mill. The cottage is a barn renovated in 2019. Decorating is simple, functional. The contemporary meets the old, which brings a lot of charm. The spaces around the cottage are available: deckchairs, barbecue, countryside, pond, stream. 2 villages located 6 km away have a small grocery store, a butcher shop, a bakery.
