Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. You will feel comfortable in our quiet centrally located accommodation with a garden terrace for you to relax. Located near the forest you can start directly to a hike. In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the swimming pool with natural lake and the tennis courts. Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. To Kitzbühel it is only 5 km.

home away from home in Munich

Schöne 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung - sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen in der Nähe der Bavaria / Theresienwiese - für einen Kurzbesuch im schönen München oder auch für länger! Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG (mit Aufzug), ist sehr hell, hat ca. 44 qm und einen großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne mit einem Daybed sowie einem kleinen Esstisch. Modern, stylisch und absolut neuwertig möbliert mit Boxspringbett, Ess-/Arbeitstisch, Küche, Duschbad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, etc.

My non-smoking home is in the green Gröbenzell, you can easily walk in a few minutes to Munich. Public transport is available. There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 18 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.
