All welcome to our boutique performance horse training complex situated in a peaceful country setting. Enjoy our serene garden surrounds whilst only 10 km from Frankston. With spectacular views to Westernport Bay we offer a large quiet master bedroom with ensuite, tea and coffee making facilities, a seating area and access to the family living areas. There is a second bedroom with QS bed and own bathroom and toilet. All outside facilities available so long as you follow our horse safety rules.

If you are looking to explore The Mornington Peninsular, Phillip Island or the Gippsland area there’s is a great place to base yourself. Their property offers lovely views out over Western Port and French Island. It’s a very relaxing and quiet spot with nature rather than an alarm clock waking you up each morning. There are different places on the property where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in shade or sun, watch Deb’s horses in their paddock or play ball with their friendly dogs Casper and Berry. Deb serves up a great breakfast each morning, which she will make to your requirements, Peter is on hand for a friendly chat. If there’s anything you need they are more than happy to help. Somerville has everything you need; supermarkets, shops, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants to suit every budget.”

Continental breakfast provided (in fridge) for your first morning. Key lock safe on entry. Linen and fluffy towels provided.
