Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

The nice, clean apartment with parking is located in the center of the small market Lembach in the upper Mühlviertel. Department stores, bakeries, restaurants, … and doctors are easily accessible. Up to two people are offered a double bedroom and a modern, well-equipped small kitchen.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

The lovingly renovated, listed town house in the historic market Neufelden in the Mühlviertel is the ideal place for all who love the ambience of old houses. Despite the central location, the living rooms are absolutely quiet. In the immediate vicinity there is a cafe / bakery, inns and a grocery store. The award-winning restaurant Mühltalhof & Fernruf 7, as well as the station Neufelden are within a few minutes walking distance.

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
