Our vacation home near Dresden and Saxon Switzerland offers a pleasant atmosphere with a great view of nature and surroundings on 30 m². With modern furnishings combined with air conditioning, a fireplace (wood is provided), underfloor heating in the bathroom and a small cellar, we want our guests to feel completely comfortable. Complemented with a great outdoor area with large terrace and nature, you can relax wonderfully and enjoy all the amenities.

The quiet apartment is located in an apartment building in a rural area near Dresden. My house includes a small garden with large fruit trees, a barbecue area, granite fountain and a small stream. Shopping and regional public transport can be reached within a few minutes by foot. After a few minutes' walk, you can relax in the natural surroundings and explore the West Lausitz hills with our extensive network of hiking trails.

The apartment is located on the top floor in our residential building directly at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with an open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower, toilet and small washbasin.
