Beach towels, beach chairs, & a cooler are provided! The house features 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds & a couch to allow for the 5th guest to sleep. Minutes from top restaurants, shopping, cafes & casinos! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate cats due to allergies. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

The "Bird House," a charming 80's "Ishee Style" Bill Allen home, is located in the serenity of picturesque downtown Ocean Springs. The historic shopping & dining district of the downtown, and beautiful sugar sands of the beach are a 5 minute drive by car or a 1.5 mi walk. This house has room to sleep a family of 8, but plenty of interior & exterior space for entertaining. Visitors come for art, bicycling, bird-watching, cruising, festivals, fishing, gaming, shopping and the uncrowded beaches.

Centrally located 2 miles from the hospitality center of downtown Gulfport which includes many places of entertainment such as the new aquarium, Jones park and Island View Casino. Minutes from casinos, golf, fishing, shopping and dining! 2 blocks to downtown OS shopping/restaurant district. Recently upgraded to super quiet split A/C units. It features a 12” gel foam queen bed and a convertible sofa that folds out into a full bed. Dock for your boat or fishing. Boat trailer parking. Well behaved pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee.
