Here you have everything you could want with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, open social spaces and a lovely sauna. In the living room on the lower floor, there is also a fireplace. The house was built in 2022 and maintains high standard. In Klövsjö you can enjoy nice nature, good skiing and within a short drive you also have Vemdalen with even more options for skiing if desired. Welcome!

Blåbär, hjorton, paddling, bad,fiska längåkningsskidor, slalombackar, vandring i berg/ längst leder, fotbollsplan, tennisplan. Sitt vid en härlig brasa framför sjön Ljusnan och tilllaga en god gryta eller grilla popcorn. Härligt med snön på vintern. Vill ni vandra/ åka slalom så finns bra backar i Sveg,Vemdalen, Björnriket med flera. kajaker att låna

Idyllisch gelegen am Rande von Tandsjöborg, 20 Min. vom Nationalpark Hamra und dem Weltkulturerbe Fågelsjö. Direkter, privater Zugang zum See. Neben dem Haus verläuft ein Bach. Die Hütte verfügt im Erdgeschoss über eine voll ausgestattete Pantry-Küche, Dusch-Bad sowie Wohn- und Essbereich mit Kamin. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit 2 komfortablen Einzel-Betten mit Ausziehfunktion für bis zu 4 Personen. Grill(Hütte), Boot, Feuerstellen etc. nutzbar. Sauna gegen Gebühr.

Cozy home in Lofsdalen with your own jetty

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. In summer there is a private jetty and a large lovely plot. Proximity to fishing. In winter, it is just a few hundred meters to length and snowmobile trails. About 2 km to the slalom slope. The cottage is fully equipped with crockery, microwave, etc. There is a fireplace to burn in indoors. One bedroom in the large cottage with 4 beds. There is a wood fired sauna that can be used. The best sledding on the property.

Scenic and idyllic location in the forest clearing where you can hear Ljusnan drift further away. 5 Minutes walk to one of Swedens best trout fishing, a little further away, Rånden runs one of Swedens best grayling waters. To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.

This house is fun for the whole family. A spacious house in the Swedish style. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2023. The sauna can of course also be used. Snowmobiles, ATV and boat can be rented separately. A campfire and grill are available. The large property offers plenty of space for discovery tours in the forest or the paths. For us, it is a wonderful place to find both peace and adventure. Of course, it is possible to see the Northern Lights!
