The newly built house was fully renovated and received approval in July 2022, and opened in August. On the first floor, you can relax in the living room with tiled floors that are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. You can cook in the kitchen on the second floor. Buy fresh ingredients and enjoy your meal. On the 3rd floor, you can enjoy a relaxing stay in 2 bedrooms filled with Minions goods. Our guest house is located in Tosayama, in a natural mountainous area, about 20 mins' drive from the centre of Kochi City. You can jump into a clear river with 1 min's walk! The building is a 70-year-old house self-renovated by us, where you can feel the old local culture of Japan. We offer a variety of activities to experience the nature and culture of the Tosayama, such as visiting shrines known only to locals, trekking tours to deep forest. This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also a unique cultural experience. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The first/ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with 2 tatami sleeping rooms. Your sleeping room has an air conditioner. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can shop for local foods and prepare it all in your own kitchen.
